About Us
Conductiva provides highly effective, holistic services for children who have neurologically based developmental disorders. Our services include:
1) A one-on-one, home-based, motor-focused, early intervention program using Conductive Education. This program is designed for young children (from birth to four years old) who have (a) developmental delay, (b)are at risk of delay (c) are at risk of developing motor disorders, or (d) have motor skill disorders such as cerebral palsy, apraxia, or spina bifida. The program promotes active learning in all developmental areas and is fully integrated into the child's daily routine. Intensive parental participation and coaching are essential parts of this program.
2) Providing information on Conductive Education
3) Organizing and conducting Mommy & Me group Conductive Education classes
4) IEP goal development and participation
5) Assisting the child in transitioning to a new school or other program
6) Consulting with other education specialists regarding program design and school management.
Conductiva is an approved vendor for the State of California, Department of Developmental Services, so assessments and services in our 1:1 home-based program may be free for clients of Golden Gate Regional Center (GGRC), San Andreas Regional Center (SARC), and Regional Center of the East Bay (RCEB).
