Jack Jorgenson, a Stanford Law School graduate, founded the firm in 1960. He was joined later that year by John Cosgrove (now retired) and in 1975 by Marvin Siegel, both Stanford Law School graduates. John and Marvin shared Jack’s philosophy of serving the growing local area while keeping the firm small enough to provide personal attention to its clients. Over time the firm has carefully and gradually grown to a dozen attorneys. The firm is dedicated to assuring a good match between attorney and clients and to gaining a deep understanding of its clients’ issues. The firm provides personal service while providing high quality legal work in the areas of business, estate planning, civil litigation, dispute resolution, land use, municipal law, real estate, and trust administration and probate.
