Penelope has been selling Local Real Estrate since 1898. In 1992 she opened Taylor & Huang Properties in the Willows neighborhood of Menlo Park. In 2010, this office converted to RE/MAX Distinctive Properties and relocated to downtown Menlo Park.
Penelope has been a resident of Menlo Park for 22 years and together with her husband, raised two sons through the Menlo Park Schools and onto College. Before Real Estate, Penelope was a high school Science/Biology teacher and has been an active Real Estate Broker the last 18 years. Penelope holds the following education designations: GRI (Graduate of Realtor Institute) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist).
Penelope is politically and civically active in both the City of Menlo Park and the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors. She is a member of the Menlo Park Chamber of Commerce, the Menlo Park Downtown Business Association and Hometown Peninsula.
