Trinity School was founded in 1961 and is located next to St. Bede’s, a Trinity mission project built in far western Menlo Park to serve the overflow of worshippers at Trinity’s main campus in 1960. St. Bede’s is now a separate church of the Diocese, and Trinity School is jointly owned by both parishes, although under its own board of directors. Trinity Parish’s Rector sits on the Board of Trinity School.

Trinity School’s Early Childhood Program is located on the Trinity Parish campus in the newly constructed Angus Hall and features two classrooms designed specifically for three and four year olds, an art studio, and an enclosed playground adjacent to the building . CFI (Child and Family Institute) is also housed in Angus Hall

Early Childhood Program: ECP 3-4 and ECP for Junior Kindergarten

Trinity School ’s Early Childhood Program is founded on a strong philosophy that follows directly from our School mission and supports these youngest learners. We have two ECP programs: ECP for Threes and Fours, and ECP for Junior Kindergarten. Both programs maintain a low student-to-teacher ratio of approximately 8 to 1, and our exceptional teachers have depth of experience and training with pre-elementary aged children. Children admitted to Trinity as three year olds matriculate to subsequent grades as long as Trinity is the appropriate placement for the child and family. Trinity ECP is accredited by The National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC).

Elementary Program: Kindergarten through Grade 5

Trinity’s dedicated teaching staff provides a child-centered educational program. Trinity emphasizes a strong and balanced academic program that ensures basic skills and concepts in language arts, mathematics, social studies, and science. Art, music, Spanish, library, garden, religious studies, and physical education programs ensure a well-rounded school curriculum that allows each student to enjoy broad opportunities for challenge and success. Teachers weave community service, technology, and diversity into the curriculum. Students matriculate from grade to grade as long as Trinity is the appropriate placement for the child and family. Trinity School is accredited by the California Association for Independent Schools (CAIS) and the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC).
